OTOFIX is proud to offer free shipping on all orders in Europe . We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. During the checkout process you will see the free shipping option. Shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, the availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.
Tax & Duty
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:

If you order Products for countries outside European Union for example UK,they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. In the event that you return a Product, you will responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed and shipped next 1-2 business day from our warehouses in Italy.
Shipping Restrictions
Purchases shipping outside the member country of European Union may have local taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. levied by the destination country as well as brokerage fees or other surcharges imposed by the shipping company that delivers the package. These charges are not included in the purchase amount. Customers are responsible for paying all fees, taxes, and duties for shipment(s) to destinations outside of the European Union countries .
Battery Shipping Restrictions
Tools containing batteries are subject to shipping restrictions that limit the number of batteries that can be included in each shipping box. Orders for multiple tools with batteries may be shipped in multiple shipping boxes to comply with carrier shipping restrictions.

Shipment Notification
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Order Tracking
To track the status of an existing order, go to our Order Lookup page. Enter your Order Number and the email address you used when you placed your order to view the status of your order. You can find your Order Number in the Order Acknowledgement email sent after your order was placed.
