1. I didn't receive my sponsorship code, what should I do?
To become a sponsor, you must
- Have placed at least one order on OTOFIX, and
- have subscribed to our newsletter
If you meet these two conditions, you will receive an email with the promotional code for your friends and family to enter in their first order.

2. How do I use the referral code?
To take advantage of the sponsorship offer on your first order, you must enter the code that your sponsor shared with you when completing your order.
3. I haven't received my PayPal transfer after my sponsored friend's order?
Please be patient, it will take a few days for the transfer to arrive after the delivery of your sponsored friend.
